Pierson-A Small Town with a Big Heart
The City of Pierson is located in the north-eastern part of Woodbury County, in the Northwest part of Iowa. The current census information lists our population as 366. In 2008 the town celebrated it's Quasquicentenial. For over 125 years people have been calling Pierson home.
The Pierson Community is part of Kingsley-Pierson Community School system with K-4 and 9-12 grades in Kingsley and grades 5-8 in Pierson. The following link will take you to their website:
